Town Beach Beachcomber Resort

Council has received an offer to enter into a voluntary planning agreement in conjunction with Development Application 2017-291.1 for a change of use from Tourist to Residential Accommodation at Strata Plan 66988 and Strata Plan 80060 situated at 54-56 William Street, Port Macquarie.

The planning agreement provides for payment of a monetary contribution of $44,728.80 to be made in lieu of the shortfall in on-site parking. The contribution is to be used towards the cost of the provision by the Council of public car parking, or the upgrading of pedestrian or traffic facilities, in the local area of the Development.

Any person may inspect the draft planning agreement and make a written submission until the close of business Wednesday 23 August 2017.
