This consultation has concluded.
Council has received an offer from Palmcare Pty Ltd to enter into a voluntary planning agreement in conjunction with Development Application 2016-701 for a Seniors Housing Aged Care Facility at 1 Highfields Circuit, Port Macquarie.
The planning agreement provides for the provision of sewerage infrastructure necessary to service the development. Provision is made for either the payment of a monetary contribution or construction of the works by the Developer. Should the Developer decide to construct the works, the agreement also provides for re-imbursement of cost of works over the contribution amount.

Any person may inspect the proposal and make a written submission until the close of business Thursday 7 December 2017.
