Stage 1: Initial community engagement (closed)

We’ll tell you about the project and ask for your comments and ideas using pmhclistening.com.au. We’ll think about your ideas as part of the early analysis and incorporate them where we can. Council will decide whether to proceed to Stage 2.
October → December 2014

Stage 2: Draft report and recommendations (closed)

We’ll make the draft report available for you to review and ask for your feedback to see if we’re on the right track. We’ll also hold an information session or workshop during this time to talk to you in person. We’ll think about what you tell us and may make changes to the draft report or the recommendations. Council will decide whether to proceed to Stage 3.
April → December 2015

Stage 3: Draft changes to the planning provisions (closed)

We’ll make the draft changes to the local environmental plan and development control plan available for you to review and ask for your feedback to see if they’re consistent with what you told us in Stages 1 and 2. Council will decide whether to make any alterations and proceed to Stage 4.
December 2015 → March 2016

Stage 4: New planning provisions in effect Friday 4 March 2016
