St Agnes Village - Planning Agreement

Consultation on this proposal has concluded

Council has received an offer to enter into a voluntary planning agreement as part of a Development Application (DA 2012/003) for the construction of additional dwellings at St Agnes Village Aged Care facility in Greenmeadows, Port Macquarie.

The land owner, The Trustees of the Roman Catholic Church, has offered to manage the bushland areas on their property in accordance with a vegetation management plan. This agreement will provide for the establishment and management of environmental land.

You can have a look at the draft planning agreement and have your say by making a submission until Friday 12 December. As part of the submission process you will need to include your full name, postal and email address so that your submission can be formally acknowledged.

If you would like to see a hard copy of the agreement, a copy is available at Council’s Customer Service Centres in Port Macquarie, Wauchope and Laurieton from 8.30am to 4.30pm weekdays.
