Consultation has concluded

Thank you for sharing your thoughts and ideas on Wade Park. The time for comments and exhibition period for the Wade Park Playground Concept has now closed.

Most of the comments we received at the consultation sessions at the park were positive. We have only made some small changes to the plan, including additional shade sails to provide shade until the new trees grow more.

Construction is now underway with a planned opening on 1 July weather permitting.

Wade Park is one of 12 playgrounds across the Port Macquarie-Hastings area being built or upgraded in the 2015-2016 financial year. To see others visit: The Play Space
