Consultation has concluded

Port Macquarie-Hastings Council is inviting comment on a Planning Proposal to amend the planning controls for certain public land at Port Macquarie and Wauchope.

The proposal relates to land that is set aside for conservation status as a result of residential subdivision development approvals, koala plans of management and, or planning agreements. The proposal if finalised will ensure ongoing conservation of land already set aside for environmental purposes.

A Planning Proposal document outlining the objectives and intended outcome of the proposal, is on public exhibition from Thursday 14 September 2023 until Friday 13 October 2023.
