18 John Oxley Drive Planning Agreement

Council has received an offer to enter into a voluntary planning agreement in relation a Planning Proposal to amend Port Macquarie-Hastings Local Environmental Plan (PMHLEP) 2011. This proposal is to rezone land located at 18 John Oxley Drive, Port Macquarie (Lots 12 and 13) from Primary Production (RU1) to B5 Business Development (B5). The rezoning will allow bulky goods development.

Notice of the 18 John Oxley Drive Planning Agreement is given in accordance with the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2000.
