Litchfield Pkwy, Thrumster

It is proposed to amend Port Macquarie-Hastings Local Environmental Plan 2011 maps in relation to land in the vicinity of Litchfield Parkway and Sovereign Drive, Thrumster:

  • Land Zoning Map: move a B1 Neighbourhood Centre zone approximately 60 metres to the southwest, and
  • Lot Size Map: concurrent move of boundaries of area with no minimum lot size requirement.

This will align the B1 zone with the recently registered lot proposed for future neighbourhood shops.

Council is inviting all interested persons to view the Planning Proposal and provide written comments. All comments received will be considered prior to finalising the proposal to amend the LEP maps.

Council has been delegated authority by the Minister for Planning and Environment to make a final decision in relation to the proposal.
