Council has received an offer to enter into a voluntary planning agreement in conjunction with Development Application 2009-126.1 for Residential Subdivision and Boundary Adjustment situated at 214 The Ruins Way, Port Macquarie.

Pursuant to the Environmental Planning & Assessment Regulation 2000, notice is given of the draft Red Ochre Planning Agreement.

The planning agreement provides for dedication of Environmental Land and the payment of monetary contributions toward the management of said Environmental Land.

The draft planning agreement is available for download from the document library at right.

Any person may inspect the draft planning agreement and make a written submission until the close of business Friday 6 October 2017. Click on the link below to make an electronic submission.
