The Ruins Way, Innes Peninsula Environmental Management Land Planning Agreement

Council has received an offer from J Miller, E Miller and J & E Miller (Builder) Pty Ltd to enter into a voluntary planning agreement in connection with Development Application 2017-1041 for subdivision of land at The Ruins Way, Port Macquarie.

The planning agreement provides for:

1. the establishment and management of vegetation works;
2. the dedication of Environmental Management Land to Council; and
3. payment of a monetary Management Contribution to Council .

The draft planning agreement is available for download from the Document Library (see right).

Any person may inspect the agreement and make a written submission until the close of business Wednesday 27 March 2019.
