Pursuant to the Environmental Planning & Assessment Regulation 2000, notice is given that Council has received an offer to enter into a voluntary planning agreement in conjunction with Development Application 2014-801 for Residential Subdivision of Lot 138 DP1225533, Port Macquarie.

The planning agreement provides for a monetary contribution towards provision of a necessary future upgrade of the Thrumster sewer network servicing the above development.

The draft planning agreement is available for download from the document library at right.

Any person may inspect the draft planning agreement and make a written submission until the close of business Friday 20 October 2017. Click on the link below to make an electronic submission.

Note that any submission may be made public, and public disclosure is required for any political donations or gifts (including to staff). Submissions are subject to the provisions of the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009.
