Privacy Notice

Council is committed to safeguarding the privacy of individuals and handling of personal information in accordance with the Privacy and Personal Information Act 1998 (NSW) and Information Privacy Principles, the Health Records and Information Privacy Act 2002 (NSW) and Health Privacy Principles, and any subordinate legislative instruments. Personal information (e.g. name, address and contact details) provided is collected to be shared with a third part consultant and will be used for the purpose outlined, related administrative functions, compliance and complaint handling, internal auditing, and in accordance with Council's Privacy Management Plan and Privacy Statement which can be found on Council's website. Recipients of this information include relevant Council officers and councillors. Supplying personal information in this form is required. If you do not supply your personal information, Council may be unable to provide a service or action a request. Your information may also be disclosed to other Government agencies and to an applicant in the event of a valid request under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (NSW). Your personal information will be kept in Council's Customer Relationship Management System and Records Management System in accordance with the relevant legislation.
