Have your say on Council’s Communications
To ensure our community is well informed on the broad range of Council services, projects and activities, feedback is being sought on the way we communicate with you.
Effective communication is extremely important in bringing Council closer to the community, and providing relevant information in a timely and effective manner.
We have placed a lot of effort in recent years in ensuring our communications is well targeted and meets customer expectations. However, as there are so many communications options and opportunities now available, we need to stay up to date with modern methods and constantly listen to our community.
We encourage you to complete our short survey, with the feedback received assisting us in guiding future communications plans and activities.
We’ll also be undertaking surveys via phone, and will be asking for feedback through a number of pop-up stands that will take place within the community.
