Consultation has concluded
Council has received an offer to enter into a voluntary planning agreement in connection with DA 2014-771 for Demolition of carport and erection of 10 townhouses at Lot 2 DP 773011 known as 6 Dianella Road, Port Macquarie and Lot 495 DP 754434 known as 152 Pacific Drive, Port Macquarie.
The draft agreement provides for the payment of a monetary contribution towards the management of environmental land owned by the Council located within the Wrights Creek corridor.
Submissions close on Friday 17th July 2015.
Have a say on the draft planning agreement and make a submission to Council for consideration.
