The Housing for our Future strategy and plans are now on Public Exhibition

There are three key documents included in this engagement, they are:

These documents work together to provide a multi-layered approach to urban planning and development. The Draft Living and Place Strategy sets broad strategic goals and principles, the Draft Affordable Housing Plan addresses specific affordability challenges, and the Draft Local Housing Delivery Plan outlines practical steps for the delivery of housing projects.

Together, they aim to produce a balanced, inclusive, and sustainable urban development path for our region. Each plan complements the others, ensuring that policies are not only visionary but also actionable and focused on the community's diverse needs.

Your input will help us refine these plans and ensure that they align with the aspirations and realities of our community.
