Consultation has concluded

We want to hear your thoughts on how we’ve been engaging and how our engagement communication is, and how we can better respond to your feedback moving forward.

Your voice will help shape the future of our engagement efforts and ensure we continue to improve our approach to working together.

What is Community Engagement?

Community Engagement is about ensuring we are involving you in decisions that shape your community and environment. We want it to be a proactive, ongoing process that encourages open discussions and shared responsibility. Engagement can take many forms, ranging from keeping you informed to actively involving you in decision making to guide the development of plans, strategies and projects.

We believe that everyone has the right to be informed and to have a voice in matters that are important to them. By engaging with the community, we gain valuable insights into your views and values, which helps us make better decisions and deliver services that truly meet community needs.

Since we adopted our Community Engagement Policy in March 2022, we’ve made significant strides in how we connect with the community. Now we are taking a moment to reflect and review as we work towards developing the Community Engagement Strategy.

This survey will be open from Monday 21st October 2024 - Monday 18th November 2024.
