Laurieton Residential Resort Planning Agreement

Consultation has concluded

Council has received an offer to enter into a voluntary planning agreement in relation to Laurieton Residential Resort, a manufactured housing estate located off Botanic Drive in Kew (Development Application 2009-302)

The draft agreement talks about how monetary development contributions will be calculated for the houses in the manufactured home estate. Where applicable, contributions would be based on aged unit rates (over 55's) and the number of bedrooms. Additional contributions would be required to be paid if the occupancy changes and/or the number of bedrooms in a house increases.

You can have your say by having a look at the draft Planning Agreement and making a submission using the tab below.

Hard copies of the agreement are also available for viewing at Council's Customer Service Centres between 8.30am and 4.30pm

  • Port Macquarie - 17 Burrawan Street
  • Wauchope - High Street
  • Laurieton - Laurie Street

Any further enquiries, please contact Vanessa Penfold on 6581 8111 or e-mail council@pmhc.nsw.gov.au.
