Ocean Drive, Lake Cathie - Planning Agreement

Consultation has concluded

Council has been working with three landowners in Ocean Drive, Lake Cathie to plan the construction of a new intersection at Ocean Drive and Abel Tasman Drive.


A Voluntary Planning Agreement (VPA) is a document that states the terms of voluntary agreement that meets the needs of all parties involved which may include financial contributions or an agreement to undertake a specific tasks or work.

    Writing a submission is one way of sharing your views and opinions with Council. All submissions are considered before making a decision and your submission will be included in a report to Council.

    Any person may make a written submission to Council up until the end of the exhibition period. Submissions close 6 February 2015
