The Proposed Orbital Road Community Engagement Report Version 4.0 was included as an attachment at the Ordinary Council Meeting on 19 June 2019 - Item 13.01 and adopted as per the resolution for Item 13.01 of the agenda.

Minor amendments were made following feedback Council received from the community after its publication as part of the Council report. Version 5.0 has been authored by Port Macquarie-Hastings Council and available to view online in the document library.
