We’re planning for our 23/24 Operational Plan (OP) and we want to know your thoughts and priorities for our region, to inform our draft Plan.

We understand our community are eager to be a part of the OP planning from the start, so we’re providing the opportunity for you to provide your thoughts and feedback prior to the draft Plan being developed.

Our one-year Operation Plan (OP) is a sub-plan of the Delivery Program, which lists individual actions that will be undertaken during the financial year to achieve outcomes of the four-year Delivery Program. The OP includes the Fees and Charges, Revenue Policy, Rating Maps, and a detailed budget to support the activities to be completed during the year.

Through our Community Strategic Plan and Community Satisfaction consultations, we’ve heard that improvement and maintenance of our infrastructure is of great importance to you, and that we need to ensure this is of a high standard for our growing community.

We’ve heard that our surrounding natural environment is valued, and that our community loves our open spaces and recreational areas.

Now’s your chance to tell us your specific priorities and actions for consideration in our 23/24 Operational Plan.
