Riverpark Sancrox offer for Voluntary Planning Agreement

Consultation has now concluded for the draft Planning Agreement.

Council has received an offer to enter into a voluntary planning agreement for a 143 lot rural residential community title subdivision at Sancrox.

The subdivision was approved by the Minister for Planning under the former provisions of part 3A of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

The draft agreement talks about how monetary development contributions will be calculated for District and Local Roads for new lots created as part of the subdivision of the land.

The draft agreement was placed on notification during May and June 2010 and is being notified again because changes have been made since the previous notification. The changes relate to water supply infrastructure works that have been completed by Council.

To find out more and have your say:

If you wish to have a look at a hard copy of the draft planning agreement, copies will be available for viewing at Council’s Customer Service Centre in Burrawan Street, Port Macquarie, Council’s Wauchope Offices and at Council’s Laurieton Branch Office between 8.30am and 4.30pm on normal business weekdays until the end of the notification period on Friday 1 July 2016.

Any further enquiries, please contact Vanessa Penfold on 6581 8111 or e-mail council@pmhc.nsw.gov.au.
