Sienna Grange Residential Aged Care Facility Planning Agreement

Consultation has concluded

Council has received an offer to enter into a voluntary planning agreement in connection with Development Application 2016-729 for Seniors Housing with 68 bed aged care facility and boundary adjustment at 28 John Oxley Drive, Port Macquarie (Lot 1 DP 735097) and 34 John Oxley Drive, Port Macquarie (Lot 10 DP 31128).

The Draft Planning Agreement requires that specified Works to be carried out by the Landowner for the purposed development of providing sewerage services, as approved by Council, to the land by the landowner. This provides for the carrying out of sewerage service work and payment of monetary contributions.

The draft planning agreement may be inspected at Council’s Customer Service Centre in Burrawan Street, Port Macquarie, Council’s Wauchope Offices and at Council’s Laurieton Branch Office between 8.30am and 4.30pm on normal business weekdays until the end of the notification period on 1 February 2017.
