Are you happy about the services Council provide to support your home life?

From the moment you wake up and fill the kettle, flush the toilet or take the rubbish to the bin, it is likely that you are using multiple services in the home provided by your Council.

Managing the water supply, the sewerage, stormwater and drainage or providing the waste services and facilities are some of the most obvious home based services Council provide.

But there are also a range of services relating to developments, assessment of applications and compliance with regulations surrounding pets, pools and renovating that are funded and managed by Council.

These services impact the lives of Hastings residents every day. Are you satisfied with the service? Do you think they are important uses of Council resources?
