Consultation has concluded

In 2018 Port Macquarie-Hastings Council designed and installed eighteen new entry signs in the towns and villages across the Camden Haven.

Two signage styles were utilised which were decided upon based on the size of the community.

Tier Two signs (for townships)

Tier Three signs (for villages)

Funding has now been secured to continue the rollout of further signage to the following communities within the 2018/2019 financial year:

  • Wauchope (Tier Two)

  • Lorne (Tier Three)

  • Comboyne (Tier Three)

  • Byabarra (Tier Three)

  • Bagnoo (Tier Three)

  • Herons Creek (Tier Three)

  • Camden Head (Tier Three)

Council is providing the opportunity for the members of each community to determine what imagery it would like to see included on each sign.

Three images will be included on the signs for Wauchope and one image for the signs for Lorne, Comboyne, Byabarra, Bagnoo, Herons Creek and Camden Head.

The imagery should reflect the character, history or natural assets of each locality.

Feedback from the community is open until 30 November 2018.
