Value Management Workshops

Council are working with Transport for NSW (TfNSW) to incorporate proposed Oxley Highway improvement options into the network planning traffic model. Our consultant is working to assess the improvement options through simulated modelling in conjunction with TfNSW as the custodians for the Oxley Highway.

A Value Management Workshop will be held in 2022 with the three stakeholder groups who attended the pre-value management workshop. The community will be represented by the members of the Port Macquarie Transport Network Community Consultative Committee.

At the value management workshop, improvement options will be assessed by the key stakeholders to help inform the next stages of the Strategic Business Case.
