William Street Parking - Planning Agreement

Consultation has concluded

Council has received an offer to enter into a voluntary planning agreement that will provide a monetary contribution of $18,435 to be made in lieu of the shortfall in on-site parking for 60/ 12-28 William Street, Port Macquarie. This agreement has been made in conjunction with a Development Application (2013-0482) for additions to a commercial premises at Lot 60 Strata Plan 72688

If agreed, monies contributed to Council will be used towards the cost of the provision of public car parking, or the upgrading of pedestrian or traffic facilities in the local area of the Development.
