Pioneer Park Playground concept

Port Macquarie-Hastings Council maintains 66 playgrounds across the municipality. In 2017/18 we are upgrading Pioneer Park in Comboyne.

New features for the playground will include a new play element with climbing net and slide, swing set with nest, picnic table and shelter with path connection.

Key objectives for the upgrade include:

  • More shade and seating
  • Equipment suited to Comboyne’s rural setting
  • Addition of natural play elements eg logs and rocks
  • Upgraded softfall and edging

    Pioneer Park Playground submission

    Writing a submission is one way of sharing your views and opinions with Council. All submissions are considered before making a decision and your submission will be included in a report to Council. Submissions close 24 May 2018.
