Every road you travel, park you enjoy, and pipe that brings clean water to your home are assets we all share as a community.

Council has completed twelve (12) draft Asset Management Plans 2025-35 (AMPs) for the following service areas that set out how we will look after these assets for the next 10 years, so they remain safe, reliable and fit for purpose:

The AMPs outline Council’s approach to maintaining, renewing, and improving $3.7 billion of community infrastructure over the next decade, within available resources.

How these plans fit with our Integrated Planning & Reporting
AMPs make up part of our Integrated Planning & Reporting (IP&R) commitments and sit under the Resourcing Strategy within this suite of documents.

You can find out more about our IP&R documents, which are currently on public exhibition until 25 May by viewing the IP&R Have Your Say page.
