The Draft Operational Plan 2024-25 is now on Public Exhibition

We have over $358M worth of projects, programs and works planned for the 2024-2025 financial year. These are all mapped out in our Draft Operational Plan 2024-25 (Draft OP2024-25).

The OP2024-25 is our action plan for achieving the priorities that our community have identified, and that are outlined in Imagine2050, our Community Strategic Plan (CSP).

The OP2024-25 also helps us to achieve the commitments made in our four-year Delivery Program.

Key inclusions to consider

We’d like to draw your attention to the following proposed inclusions in the Draft OP2024-25 :

We have provided a series of Fact Sheets to help simplify the document and we encourage you to read these prior to providing feedback. We have also highlighted some of the top projects across our region.

If you want to take a deep dive into the Draft OP2024-25 please have a look at the following draft documents, which are also included in this consultation.

These documents are available in hard copy at your local Council Customer Service Centre or Library.

We’ll be popping up* around the community and encourage you to visit us to ask questions and give your feedback at one of the following:

  • Sat 11 May 10am - 2pm Settlement City - Centre entry (from undercover car park)
  • Sat 11 May 9am - 1pm Autumn Fair, Lake Cathie Community Centre, 34 Mullaway Rd, Lake Cathie
  • Wed 15 May 11am - 2pm Wauchope CBD IGA
  • Sat 18 May 9am - 11am Stuart Park, Woods Street, Port Macquarie
