The Draft Operational Plan 2024-25 is now on Public Exhibition

We have over $358M worth of projects, programs and works planned for the 2024-2025 financial year. These are all mapped out in our Draft Operational Plan 2024-25 (Draft OP2024-25).

The OP2024-25 is our action plan for achieving the priorities that our community have identified, and that are outlined in Imagine2050, our Community Strategic Plan (CSP).

The OP2024-25 also helps us to achieve the commitments made in our four-year Delivery Program.

  • 0.00% Rate Peg for 2024-25
  • The removal of the Town Centre Master Plan component of the Port Macquarie CBD Business Rate
  • Sporting Fields and Recreational Facilities User Fees and Charges
