We heard what's important to you, and now we'd like to share Council's Draft Integrated Planning and Reporting 2026/27 (IP&R 2026-27) documents, that define what we'll do and how this will be funded in the upcoming financial year.

Your feedback directly informs our decisions - and ensures Council's plans align with the community's needs.

What is IP&R

To ensure transparency and accountability, the NSW Government requires all Councils to plan ahead and report how we're tracking. This continual process is known as Integrated Planning and Reporting (IP&R), but we like to refer to it as Our Community, Our Plan - In Action, building on last year's Our Community, Our Plan as we move through to year two of the four-year Delivery Plan.

The detailed planning process results in an Operational Plan and Budget. Similar to a household budget, the goal is determine commitments and priorities within the available budget.

Council's Delivery Program 2025-29 was adopted in June 2025, translating goals already identified in the Community Strategic Plan (CSP) into clear actions.

The documents on exhibition outline how these actions will be delivered in 2026-27.
